We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Product team and help us build the future of recruitment. To achieve this, we need a detail-oriented Data Analyst who is laser-focused on producing insights to help us shape the present and future of Torre's platform.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS:- Craft and maintain the dashboards for daily and weekly tracking of product-related metrics.- Analyze experiments and produce insights on what we should improve in the product.- Investigate anomalies that we may find when analyzing customer behavior.- Understand our platform thoroughly to help the product development team make use of the insights you produce.You'll share the KPIs of the product development team:- Revenue- Net Revenue Retention Rate- Net Opening Retention Rate- HiresYOUR POTENTIAL CAREER PATH:The experience you earn will enable you to grow into other roles, such as Senior Product Analyst, Analytics Lead, or Product Manager at Torre or outside of Torre.THE TEAM:You'll report directly to me, and will work closely with the rest of the product development team: our engineering manager, product designers, tech leads, and engineers.
