OverviewGrupo Peñaflor, an Argentine company part of Grupo Terold, a winery group with operations throughout the world, is seeking aDemand Planning Managerto join the team based in Madrid, Spain. ResponsibilitiesLead the S&OP and Demand Planning process for EMEA, ensuring accurate demand reports to Supply units across all BUs. Ensure compliance with forecast accuracy policies that enable proper inventory management. Lead strategic portfolio management projects, such as simplification, origin migration, among others. Manage the reception and processing of customer orders, ensuring correct entry into the required systems of each BU. Drive the volume budget process and monitor company inventories (finished goods and supplies). Be responsible for all supply chain links, conducting the necessary analysis to anticipate, limit, and justify deviations. QualificationsUniversity degree inIndustrial Engineeringor related fields (MBA/Postgraduate preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Business Planning, or related areas in multinational companies. Previous experience in FMCG and/or beverage industries. Advanced English (mandatory). Location: already located in Madrid, Spain.
