About the Role The Senior MICE Specialist will work closely with the sales organisation to promote Perk’s new MICE offering. Responsibilities include handling large projects, writing RFPs, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and providing world‑class service to existing and prospective customers. Responsibilities Work closely with the sales team to increase client awareness of our MICE offering and generate new opportunities. Handle the largest projects and high‑yielding opportunities, especially for Enterprise and legacy accounts globally. Produce RFPs for a global portfolio of customers and manage the process from proposal to negotiation, including site inspections when applicable. Coordinate operational processes with cross‑functional teams based on customer requirements and oversee arrangements setup. Respond to phone calls and email requests from existing and potential new customers in a timely manner. Support sales conversations with Sales Executives and Enterprise Sales Executives for discovery purposes. Recommend suitable options for event or group travel requirements. Manage conferences, events, groups, incentives, and meetings worldwide. Maintain relationships with customers, uncover future opportunities, and anticipate their needs. Process client responses within agreed service level agreements. Adhere to all Company Quality Standards and Procedures. Suggest process improvements and actively support colleagues. Generate additional revenue streams across regions to support Perk’s revenue targets. Deliver high‑level service for MICE & Groups as an add‑on service. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in venue sourcing or a meetings & events team, preferably agency background. Strong knowledge of global event destinations and venues. Excellent communication, organisational skills, and thrives under tight deadlines and pressure. Professional telephone manner and confidence in negotiating rates with suppliers. Effective time management and a positive, flexible attitude. Team player who enjoys collaboration. Nice to Haves Experience with a MICE booking tool such as Cvent.
