Group Finance Administrator Apprentice
In this role, you will be enrolled on to an 18-month Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Standard. Maths and English Functional Skills will also need to be achieved if no prior exemptions.

JD Sports Fashion PLC, Bury Head Office, 40 hours per week.
Role Overview:
Working within the Group Finance department, the Group Finance Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day activities associated with running the finance department and supporting the Finance Director with diary management.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibility for administrative tasks and office operations to secure efficiency.
Supporting with the onboarding of new starters.
Diary management for the Finance Director.
Develop good team working relationships within Group Finance.
Managing inventory of office supplies to ensure smooth office operations.
Support with creation and submission of expense claims.
Raise and send Purchase Orders.
Supporting with departmental monthly session in creating presentation and collecting information required for the monthly sessions.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:
Very well organised.
Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate and prioritise different activities.
