DescripciónEstamos seleccionando a un IT Application Manager con experiencia en SAP para la incorporación directa a una empresa internacional especializada en soluciones hospitalarias y farmacéuticas ubicada en Terrassa. La persona hará de nexo de unión entre negocio y equipo de desarrollo en el área de SAP.FUNCIONES:Responsable del mantenimiento evolutivo y correctivo del ecosistema de aplicaciones, y en la realización de la actualización de estos.Responsable de la gestión del ciclo de vida y mejora continua de las aplicaciones.Responsable de la definición de servicios y proyectos de innovación táctica.Coordina las actividades de implementación de mantenimientos evolutivos y correctivos: especificación, planificación, prueba y calidad, capacitación y soporte a usuarios clave.Realiza / implementa de forma directa correctivos y mantenimientos evolutivos que por conocimientos técnicos y disponibilidad de tiempo sean viables.Responsable de la ejecución exitosa de los procedimientos (implementación y soporte), cumplimiento de SLAs y satisfacción del usuario.Soporte a los usuarios proporcionando un profundo conocimiento técnico y funcional centrado en el ámbito funcional de la aplicación del usuario.Analiza y diseña procesos de negocio en estrecha coordinación con los usuarios clave del negocio e IT Product Manager.Asegura que los diseños proporcionados por el resto de los equipos cumplan con las especificaciones, los procesos comerciales y preserven la consistencia con el template de las APP (SAP, Salesforce, SAP CONCUR, SAP FSM, etc.).Crea hojas de ruta de mejoras en aplicaciones para áreas funcionales específicas en coordinación con las partes interesadas.Analiza las innovaciones actuales en áreas funcionales específicas con respecto a la aplicabilidad y viabilidad.Gestiona los servicios de outsourcing (proveedores de servicios externos): Coordina, supervisa el servicio, monitorea SLAs y nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios, supervisa costos y calidad del servicio.Es el "engranaje" o nexo entre negocio, resto del área de IT y los proveedores de servicios externos.Proporciona informes periódicos a Dirección de TI sobre el estado actual de los servicios de mantenimiento de aplicaciones.Detecta oportunidades de mejora tanto de formación de usuarios como en la evolución de las aplicaciones.Mejora Continua: Fomentar el respeto hacia el medioambiente promoviendo las acciones definidas por la compañía y proponiendo nuevas acciones que afecten directamente a su área.SE OFRECE:Contrato indefinido.3 días de teletrabajo.Flexibilidad horaria.Trayectoria profesional.Retribución flexible.Requisitos mínimosIngeniería técnica o superior en informática u otras especializaciones afines.Se valorarán certificaciones en módulos de SAP: SD, MM, FI-CO, PS, PM.Se valorará certificación en PMP.Experiencia de 2 años como consultor SAP ERP.Experiencia de 1 año en tareas técnicas de SAP ERP (ABAP y otros).Experiencia deseable como APP Manager.DetallesCATEGORÍA: Informática y telecomunicaciones.SUBCATEGORÍA: ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence.SECTOR: Industria farmacéutica.JORNADA LABORAL: Completa.MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO: Mixto (Presencial y Teletrabajo).NIVEL PROFESIONAL: Especialista.DEPARTAMENTO: Informática.
