Job opportunity has been published: 01/09/2024DescriptionWe are looking for talent for the residential sales department of our Palma de Mallorca office.We are looking for professionals with extensive knowledge of the sector and real estate products, who continue to capture and respond to their clients’ questions and queries about the real estate sector, architectural concepts, real estate legislation and related financial aspects.ResponsibilitiesIntermediation of residential real estate operations.Active capture of properties: geolocations, farming, calls…Presentation, recommendation and brokerage of products suitable to the needs of contacts.Analyze the market to find potential buyers.Market research to capture more product and detect new customers.Carry out real estate product valuations for recruitment.ConditionsIndefinite contractTraining provided by the company.Fixed salary plus attractive commissions based on turnoverFlexible schedule and conciliationMore Forcadell discounts and benefits clubLaptop and company mobileRequirementsMinimum 3 years experience in similar jobs.Proactive attitude oriented towards recruitment and sales.Accustomed to working towards goals.Essential spoken and written Catalan and Spanish and a good level of English.
