We are looking for a IT Service Specialist with experience in Automic Automation, to join our team and work on exciting projects for one of our clients.
It is necessary to visit the client's offices in Madrid 3 days a week.⚙ Key Responsibilities:Designing and adapting complex workflows with Automic Automation Engine (UC4)Processing service requests related to job scheduling and Automation. Advising IT service owners as a specialist in workflow automationHandling incident tickets from the automation environment in line with ITILParticipating in international and national projectsSupporting releases, year-end processing, and disaster recovery tests in accordance with change management guidelinesMandatory requirements:Several years’ experience in working with Automic Automation or a similar job scheduling system as a workflow developer. Good Knowledge of the technologies Unix, Java and shell scripting good understanding and experience in IT Operation and their processesAvailability for weekend and holiday shiftsCompleted IT education university of applied is an advantageStrong ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing situations. Dependable individual, who takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
