This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of artificial intelligence. As a trainee, you will collaborate with our IT professionals throughout various phases of AI projects.Your responsibilities:Assist in developing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to enhance LLM responses with accurate, up-to-date information from company knowledge bases.Build and maintain AI agents using frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen, enabling automated task completion and workflow orchestration.Support the implementation of prompt engineering techniques and fine-tuning strategies to improve LLM performance for specific business use cases.Collaborate with senior developers to integrate LLM-powered features into existing applications while following best practices for API usage, error handling, and cost optimization.Participate in the software development lifecycle using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools to ensure reliable deployment and performance tracking of AI applications.Conduct exploratory data analysis and implement traditional machine learning models (e.g., classification, clustering) to complement LLM capabilities and provide comprehensive AI solutions.Who are you:Currently studying a Master's or Bachelor's in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.Availability for a minimum of 5 hours per day in the morning or full-time, and at least 6 months.Possess an advanced level of English (B2 at least).Ability to multitask at a good pace within a demanding environment.Ability to learn new technologies quickly as soon as they are introduced.What do we offer:Financial Aid, bus, and free lunch.Being part of Grifols means the opportunity to work in an internationally oriented environment where equal opportunities are promoted.
