Microsoft 365 Exchange & Collaboration Expert W/M - AXAGO Madrid The Microsoft 365 Exchange & Collaboration Expert is part of a team maintaining the support and delivery of the M365 Exchange & Collaboration services for all AXA entities worldwide. This is a key role within the M365 global Product Line team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished Engineer to join a market leading organization. Main missions Maintain the global M365 platform, such as but not limited to: Platform planned maintenance, updates, and upgrades; patching; migrations; consolidations; deployments; project support. Maintain, assess and test the new features for Exchange Online & M365 Collaboration services released by Microsoft. Proactively ensure the highest levels of security and availability. Maintain operational, configuration, or Standard Operation Procedures and documentation. Manage Knowledge Transfer of operations to L2 teams to shift left activities. Provide expertise and guidance on Microsoft 365. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Assess security threats and implement countermeasures to comply with the group recommendations and legal obligations. Work in conjunction with relevant infrastructure, security, and compliance teams to assess security threats, implement countermeasures, configure and report on security aspects of the Microsoft 365 environment and of the on-premise platform. Ensure compliance with Group Security policies. Provide expertise on the hybrid provisioning platform. Collaborate with M365, Architecture, Cyber Defense, Proofpoint, Group Security teams. Collaborate with all AXA entities. We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills : Technical skills Experience in working with Microsoft 365 tenants with minimum of 50k users in a single tenant Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in analysing, documenting, and maintaining a large-scale messaging infrastructure. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft 365 in a Hybrid provisioning and authentication environment. Minimum of 3 years of senior expertise with Microsoft 365 Exchange Online Messaging platform and M365 Collaboration tools. Minimum of 3 years experience with integrating LOB applications with Exchange Online via Microsoft Graph / Exchange Web Services. Minimum of 3 years experience in PowerShell Scripting. Experience in international environments and heterogeneous environments. Experience of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance services, Purview, Defender. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent technical teamwork, and interpersonal skills. Willing to work in strong team environment, constantly teaching and learning from other team members. Works independently with little or no supervision. Ability to foster working relationships with the team, IT Management and Client departments. Ability to explain technical concepts to the business users in the context of business requirements. Maintains a solid working knowledge of Information Security principles and practices. Ability to communicate vision on a technical scope and drive small team.
