No es necesaria experiencia previa, ya que te formaremos dentro de la empresa para que desarrolles todas las habilidades necesarias.Detalles del Puesto:Horario: 20 horas semanales, de 9:00 a 13:00.Contrato: 6 meses con posibilidad de ampliación.Ubicación: Zona norte de Madrid.Funciones Principales:Registro de pedidos de pacientes a domicilio y seguimiento del flujo del pedido en los diferentes sistemas hasta el pago del cliente.Registro de nuevos clientes en el sistema y validación de su funcionalidad en Magento.Gestión y registro de documentos relacionados con pedidos, facturación, notas de crédito y débito, cancelaciones, correcciones y devoluciones.Atención telefónica a clientes externos para resolver incidencias, proporcionar información sobre precios y productos, y actualizar el estado de los pedidos.Requisitos:Formación: Grado medio o superior (Administración).Habilidades: Buenas habilidades de comunicación y conocimiento de Microsoft Office.Idiomas: Español.Beneficios del Puesto:Contrato temporal: 6 meses con posibilidad de ampliación.Salario: 15.000€ brutos anuales en media jornada por la mañana.Formación: Oportunidad de aprender y crecer profesionalmente dentro de la empresa.Ambiente de trabajo: Dinámico y colaborativo, con enfoque en la innovación y el aprendizaje continuo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
