French & English Customer Service Advisor Location: Spain - Barcelona | Job-ID: 42605 | Business Unit: Service Desk Computacenter is a leading independent technology partner, trusted by large corporate and public sector organisations. We tailor IT related knowledge and services, and assist every employee and business partners of our customers as an individual, by finding practical solutions to their IT problems. We are looking for a French-speaking First Line Analyst, fluent in English, to join our team at Computacenter in Spain. Your daily tasks will be: Answering and supporting queries via tools, phone, chat, and email,Keeping daily contact with our users contacting us from all over the worldResolving IT issues of our partners to facilitate their office workDocumentation and logging of calls on the ticketing toolDelegation of complex problems to the competent teamsMaintaining and improving customer satisfaction levelsCommunication with your direct team members and different departments You are the ideal candidate if: You are native or fluent in French, with an advanced English levelYou are interested in learning about ITYou have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy problem-solvingYou have logical thinking and enjoy helping others solve issuesYou have outstanding communication skills and a customer-focused mindsetYou enjoy working in a teamYou respect the time schedule and are punctual What do we offer you?
