Engage in advanced development practices like DDD, A/B testing, and Continuous Delivery. Benefit from a culture of continuous learning, pair programming, and knowledge‑sharing sessions. What you will do Collaborate with product managers and teams to design, refine, and implement new features. Take ownership in the design and execution of your own initiatives to enhance the platform. Participate in code reviews, refactoring, and knowledge‑sharing sessions to elevate team skills and platform quality. The ideal candidate Over 4 years of hands‑on PHP experience and 3+ years with Node.js. Proficiency with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms like AWS (SQS, SNS).
