Support the Field Service team in contributing to the standardization of planning processes for resource management and project forecasting. In addition, contributing and developing the back-office data analyses, process automation and contributing to the standardization of operational planning and reporting tools.Degree Disciplines: Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering. Preferred to share course curriculum during the interview stage to gain-insight into current degree discipline and subjects to assess the applicability to the role.Skills Required: Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, programming knowledge (not essential but preferred), and problem-solving abilities.What the student will gain: Technical expertise in field service operations. Advanced proficiency in analytics tools and automation platforms. Skills in designing and implementing standardized workflows and tools. Insight into service standardization processes for a multi-national organization. Lead the planning and coordinating activities for all Service Operation resources with team leaders and managers. Analyse and interpret data using Microsoft PowerBI, Power Automate and Excel. Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators. Assist in the standardising planning processes, templates, and data reporting formats. Contribute to the creation and automation of workflows using automation to enhance back office operations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in existing processes and implement standardised solutions. Conduct data validation and clean-up to ensure accuracy in reporting and forecasting.
