Our partner agency is a local agency that organizes tailor-made trips to Italy. Being based in Galapagar-Madrid in Spain, we are a team specialized in experiential, ecotourism, and sustainable trips. We offer immersive and transformative journeys. Our purpose is to improve the relationship between people and the environment through travel.
Job DescriptionWith its network of over 1000 partner local travel agencies in more than 160 destinations, Evaneos participates in the recruitment for its partner agencies. Joining an Evaneos partner agency means committing to the continuous development of responsible tourism and building unique, more ethical, responsible trips that align with Evaneos's values and expectations for outstanding quality.
Our partner agency is a local agency specialized in travel within Spain and is a partner of Evaneos. The agency is strongly committed to sustainable development, and you will assist them in obtaining a sustainability certification called Travelife. Travelife is a leading training, management, and certification program for tourism businesses aiming for sustainability.
Your missions as a Sustainable Tourism Assistant include:
- Ensuring that the agency meets all certification requirements.
- Supporting the development of new practices in coordination with management and departmental teams.
- Participating in online meetings and training sessions with Travelife until final certification.
- Handling communication and administrative tasks to ensure comprehensive reporting aligned with the agency's practices.
- Managing and monitoring all processes related to sustainability certification.
Location: Remote
Start Date: From April 7th
Working hours: 18 hours per week
Preferred Experience- Proficiency in English
- Interest in sustainable development
- Strong communication skills
- Administrative skills with attention to quality and detail
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Proficiency with office automation tools and data handling
- Proactive with a joy for making proposals and taking initiative
- Dynamic and motivated personality
- Experience in tourism and supplier relations (preferred)
- Fluency in one of our market languages: French, Spanish, Italian, or German
