You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Account Sales team, focusing on high-value projects, modernization initiatives, and growth opportunities that matter.If this sounds like an interesting job for you, we welcome your applicationIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :Identify and pursuit new business opportunities, including greenfield projects, modernization initiatives, and migration from competitors.Develop and execute strategic pursuit plans for high-potential customers and projects, leveraging market intelligence and customers insights.Lead the sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.Engage with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations to uncover business needs and position Emerson’s value proposition.Collaborate closely with Account Sales Managers to leverage existing relationships and ensure alignment on customer strategy and utilize our subject matter expertise as well as our service engineers to ensure customer satisfaction.Who You Are :You are passionate about delivering real value and always act with integrity. You enjoy working in dynamic environments and constantly challenge yourself to achieve better results.For This Role, You Will Need :Minimum of 5 years of experience in new business sales, experience in Condition Monitoring, Protection Systems and / or Plant Asset Management preferredFamiliarity with key industries such as Power, Chemical, Energy and Water & WastewaterAbility to work independently and manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneouslyStrong presentation and negotiation skillsTechnical background in mechanical or electrical engineeringKnowledge of process industry and B2B salesWillingness to travel extensively in Spain and occasionally across the Iberia regionFluent in Spanish and English LanguageOur Offer to You :At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
