Assistant to the General Manager (Bar Supervisor) YellowSquare Milan is looking for a Bartender Supervisor – better known as our Square Deputy – the right hand of our General Manager. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager, supervising bar operations and ensuring smooth service. Manage staff and support day‑to‑day bar operations. Maintain a welcoming and efficient environment for guests. Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in hospitality or bartending preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, chaotic environment. Compensation Base pay: €24,000 gross per year (CCNL Turismo – 3rd level). Bonus up to €1,200. #J-18808-Ljbffr
