About Our Customer Support Systems Team The CS Systems team develops AI‑driven solutions that support our customer support operations and enhance agent efficiency. Our team is focused on architecting next‑generation platforms and tooling that leverage artificial intelligence to transform how we deliver customer support. We work across multiple systems and applications, continuously innovating to integrate AI capabilities while maintaining the reliability and scalability of our customer‑facing solutions. What You Will Do Contribute to the heart of our platform: design and nurture the next generation of our AI‑powered Customer Support and Communication platform. Collaborate on AI initiatives: work alongside our Staff Engineers to bring AI‑driven features to life, ensuring they align with our long‑term technical and product goals. Explore and experiment: learn and test new technologies—from LLMs to agentic systems—translating them into practical, supportive tools for our agents and customers. Build with care: work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, stable, and maintainable code. Refine our craft: participate in evolving our algorithms and design patterns, helping the team refine our technical solutions through collective feedback and insight. Support our workflow: identify ways to make our daily work smoother by using AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, allowing the team to focus on more meaningful challenges. Foster an inclusive culture: actively contribute to technical discussions, sharing your unique perspective and supporting an open, inclusive engineering culture. What You Will Need A collaborative spirit: solid, hands‑on experience developing AI‑assisted features or workflows (using tools like Cursor, MCP, or Claude Dev) and a genuine joy for learning alongside others. Tech‑fit: proficiency in Python (ideally with FastAPI or Celery) and a passion for solving complex problems through teamwork and shared success. Adaptability: some familiarity with Node.js or GraphQL, or at least a curiosity to learn how they fit into our ecosystem. Foundational expertise: experience with cloud environments like GCP and Kubernetes, and an understanding of how these tools help us deliver stable services to our users.
