The OpportunityWe’re buildingSelvia , an AI-powered EdTech platform revolutionizing how people prepare for official exams — and we’re looking for aCo-Founder & Chief Product Officer (CPO)to lead Product and Tech from day one. Selvia combines educational science, data, and adaptive learning to create hyper-personalized study experiences. By understanding each student’spersonality, learning style, and lifestyle , it builds customized study plans, simulations, and resources that maximize the return on study time — much like having a private tutor for everyone. We’re starting with a massive challenge — competitive exam preparation — but our long-term vision is to become thelifelong learning companionfor millions, supporting both personal and professional growth. We already have alive MVP with paying customers , validating our hypothesis and giving very positive signs of early traction. You’ll joinAnna Vique , Selvia’s CEO and co-founder, who brings over a decade of strategic and leadership experience as CRO at CTAIMA (where she led international expansion into 3 LatAm markets in under a year) and as Senior Manager at Accenture Strategy. This is a unique opportunity toco-build a company from the ground up , backed by Antai’s resources, expertise, and operational network. What You’ll DoCo-lead Selvia’s vision, strategy, and product roadmap, shaping the evolution of an AI-native EdTech platform from early concept to scale.Design and execute the product strategy to achieve and sustain Product-Market Fit.Build the technology architecture and team capable of delivering a data-driven, adaptive learning experience.Use AI and personalization techniques to improve engagement, retention, and learning outcomes.Lead experimentation, user research, and analytics to drive decision-making.Partner closely with the CEO on strategic planning, fundraising, and go-to-market efforts.Cultivate a culture of innovation, user obsession, and rapid learning.What We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in Product or Tech leadership roles in fast-growing, digital-first environments.Proven track record building and scalingconsumer-facing AI or data-powered products(preferably B2C).Strong technical understanding — able to define architecture, evaluate AI/ML solutions, and guide early development.Analytical and product-driven mindset, capable of turning insights into features that move key business metrics.Experience launching from 0→1 and iterating toward scale.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and investors.Bonus: Previous exposure to EdTech, personalized learning, or gamification.Fluent in Spanish and English.Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and passionate about shaping the future of learning.What We OfferThe chance toco-found a company with Antai Ventures , one of Europe’s leading venture studios, with a proven model for turning bold ideas into successful businesses.Afounder-first structure— Founders keep majority ownership and control of the company, with Antai as a Founding Partner and Board Member.Initial fundingand hands-on support from Antai’s in-house operator team across Product, Tech, Design, Growth, Legal, Talent, Fundraising, and Finance — so you can focus on building, testing, and scaling.Access to Antai’secosystem of serial entrepreneurs, mentors, and top-tier investors .The opportunity toearn equity in Antai’s wider portfolioas part of our founder network.Ready to Build?If you’re a product and tech-driven entrepreneur ready to build the next big thing in EdTech, let’s talk.#J-18808-Ljbffr
