The Program coordinator will play a pivotal role in coordinating various transversal and extracurricular activities. Our People: At IE we are: People-driven Change Builders Autonomy Enthusiasts Communication Enthusiasts Knowledge Champions We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - María de Molina Responsibilities Your role as a Program Coordinator will involve: Collaborate closely with Associate Directors of Law Masters to identify, organize, coordinate, and report on the numerous transversal activities for Law Master students. Act as a liaison with Directors, professors and external stakeholders, facilitating the coordination of both curricular and extracurricular activities. Provide support in management, communications, and problem‑solving with students and faculty members. Foster collaboration with various departments such as Admissions, Marketing, Communications, Planning, Documentation, Campus Life, Registrar´s Office and Maintenance to ensure the seamless execution of programs, extracurricular, and transversal activities. Act as a contact person for transversal activities such as graduations, openings, etc. Maintain meticulous records and compile information pertaining to various initiatives and special projects. Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Proficiency in both English and Spanish. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a leadership role, contributing to a high‑functioning team. Prior experience with digital tools, including Blackboard Ultra, Videoconferencing tools, Atenea, and Cytric, is preferred. Strong project management skills to offer support on short, medium, and long‑term projects. Proven ability to promptly address concerns, inquiries, and feedback.
