The Role: The NetSuite Developer at MotorK is essential in maintaining and enhancing invoicing systems to improve business processes and support data-driven decisions. This role ensures smooth operations across departments, directly impacting customer operations efficiency. Requirements: Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, preferably with knowledge of Salesforce, Netsuite, Dealhub. Understanding of subscription management principles and systems. Ability to analyze complex data and processes for optimization. Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving system issues. Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize invoicing system functionalities to meet business needs. Support ERP (Netsuite) and related system users, resolving issues promptly. Develop documentation and conduct training for system users. Create and maintain custom records, fields, forms, workflows, and reports. Develop and optimize integrations between NetSuite and other systems. Participate in all SDLC phases for NetSuite projects.
