Our client is a leading international company operating in the insurance sector. In order to strengthen its local organization, it has entrusted us with the search for the following professional profile: ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION UNDERWRITER The role will report to the Head of Engineering and will be responsible for providing insurance solutions for businesses and professionals, developing specialty solutions for highly complex sectors and driving technical development and innovation to deliver tailored and competitive coverage. Key Responsibilities Risk underwriting and management for engineering-related insurance products, including: Construction All Risks (CAR) Erection All Risks (EAR) Posthumous Decennial Liability Technological, Energy and Engineering risks Technical analysis, evaluation, and pricing of submissions from the agency network and brokers Requirements At least 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, in Engineering Lines Strong technical and analytical skills Team-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach Degree in engineering, economics, or related technical disciplines is preferred Familiarity with office automation tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint), PASS system is a plus The company offers A dynamic and trust-based work environment Opportunities for professional development and autonomy A culture that values initiative and personal growth Place of work: Milan (hybrid).
