Senior Software Engineer en hibrido.Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer):Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code to meet project requirements.Implement it with world-class quality.Verify it exceeds our customer expectations.Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.Participate in technical discussions to come up with the best possible solution or to suggest system improvements (architecture, structure, implementation, performance).Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.Minimum Requirements:Experience in verticalization of ERPs, specifically Microsoft Business Central.Minimum of 5 years experience working on the verticalization of Microsoft Business Central for clients, with the ability to adapt the platform to each client's specific needs.Profound knowledge in Performance, with solid experience in creating and executing performance tests in products based on Microsoft Business Central.Product focus, demonstrating the ability to work on the development and continuous improvement of products.Mastery of Agile Methodologies, with proven experience in implementing and practicing agile methodologies like Scrum.Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capacity.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate findings and proposed improvements.University degree or equivalent education in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Relevant certifications in Microsoft Business Central will be appreciated.Experience in performance optimization techniques and tools.Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.Strategic vision for developing long-term strategies for verticalization and continuous improvement.Experience in managing and resolving deadlocks in SQL Server.Excellent level of English language spoken and written.Company Overview:Company specialized in software for industry based in Bilbao and Vitoria.
