Your role: As a Sales Associate you will be a member of the team of our Woolrich Store in Bolzano, being on the shop floor and supporting all store related tasks and activities. What you will do: Business & Deliver Results: Maximize sales and exceed turnover targets. Deliver a Premium consumer experience. Be a strong presence on the shop floor to accomplish customer expectations. Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock. Monitor and share consumer feedback. Customer Experience & Operation Tasks: Be a Brand Ambassador and a product expert. Engage with the consumer and provide with the right product, fit and style to meet individual interests, goals and motivation. Ensure visual merchandising and maintenance standards are met at all times. Ensure product is replenished and available to meet the consumer needs. Run efficiently all store operations. What you will bring: High School Diploma. previous work experience as Sales Assistant and/or Sales Support in a Premium Retail industry. Understanding of visual merchandising approach. Used to work on flexible opening hours. Strong customer service skills and product knowledge is required.
