**HAYS **estamos colaborando con una empresa del sector Telecomunicaciones. Es un proveedor de servicios de Internet e infraestructuras de fibra óptica en modalidad FTTH, telefonía fija y telefonía móvil que opera en España sobre red propia y en determinadas zonas a través de redes neutras.

Actualmente buscamos un perfil de
** IT Security Officer **que colaborará en la gestión de la ciberseguridad de la empresa.

**¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?**
- Responsable de implementar y respaldar soluciones de tecnología de seguridad.
- Liderar como recurso técnico multidisciplinario en IT para mejorar continuamente la infraestructura y los servicios de seguridad.
- Actualizarse de las últimas tecnologías e identificar oportunidades para proponer mejoras en las capacidades de respuesta, detección y protección cibernética de la empresa.
- Mejorar continuamente los procesos centrales en gestión de identidades y acceso, búsqueda y análisis de amenazas, gestión de vulnerabilidades, monitoreo de seguridad y respuesta a incidentes tanto en las instalaciones como en la nube.

**¿Cuáles son los requisitos?**

**Conocimientos y experiência**:

- Licenciatura/Grado universitario en algún campo de estudio de IT.
- 5 a 8 Años de experiência laboral relevante.
- Otra educación/certificaciones: selección de certificaciones de seguridad y tecnología y/o experiência laboral demostrada equivalente.
- Inglés avanzado.

**Habilidades críticas**:

- Experiência con estrategias de confianza cero y defensa en profundidad.
- Experiência con **Google Cloud.**:

- Experiência con **firewalls y gestión de reglas**.
- Capaz de **proteger redes y sistemas a través de firewalls,** protección con contraseña y refuerzo del sistema.
- Capaz de identificar las fortalezas y debilidades de los sistemas de IT.
- Capaz de realizar múltiples tareas, solucionar problemas y priorizar
- Excelentes habilidades técnicas y de resolución de problemas.
- Capaz de aprender rápidamente nuevos sistemas y tecnologías.
- Capaz de reconocer y atender detalles importantes con precisión y eficiencia.
- Posee sólidas habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo, lo que lleva a completar las tareas.
- Capaz de trabajar de manera independiente.
- Capaz de mantener la confidencialidad de la información confidencial.
- Capaz de construir relaciones de trabajo sólidas y efectivas con los demás.
