Located in the upscale Eixample District in the heart of Barcelona, Galderma’s Global Capability Center offers numerous possibilities for professional development such as exposure to global and cross-functional projects and access to global career opportunities.Job Title: Head of Supply Chain Northern EuropeLocation: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid)Job DescriptionAs Head of Supply Chain Northern Europe, you will lead the cluster supply chain organization for Alpine, Nordics, Benelux, and Poland markets, providing direction associated with demand, supply, distribution, customer service, and launch readiness.The role reports to Head of Supply Chain EMEAC.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Market Supply Chain teams and provide direction to plans associated with the demand, supply, distribution, customer service, and launch readiness activities.S&OP: Drive Market S&OP governance; collaborating with finance and sales enabling full visibility of all risk and opportunities, aligning on one forecast in volumes and financials.Demand Planning: Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and regulatory changes to anticipate supply chain needs and challenges.
