Job Description :

For an international project in Budapest, we are urgently looking for a Full remote Senior Business Analyst / Coordinator GenAI. The Senior Business Analyst / Coordinator GenAI will manage, analyze, and support GenAI use cases / requests globally.

EU candidates are welcome to apply and be based in Europe. Work permit is not provided. This position is long-term. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities :
  • Business analysis;
  • Interviews / meetings with business partners and use case definition;
  • Manage request tracker and reporting / dashboards, following up;
  • Input to workflows / processes for managing GenAI requests;
  • Support business partners in prompt engineering and AI utilization, including documentation and user training resources;
  • Identify users and document 'to be' process flows for AI requests;
  • Assist the core team in implementing AI Proof-of-Concept sites / bots and communications;
  • Provide regular progress reports as required;
Profile :
  • University degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
  • 5-8 years of IT work experience;
  • At least 3 years as a business analyst;
  • Previous experience with AI, text / data analytics projects in a workplace setting;
  • Familiarity with generative AI;
  • Experience with Python and UX / UI is advantageous;
  • Knowledge of IT project management best practices (PRINCE2, PMBOK) and Agile methodologies;
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment;
  • Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
