Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.JLL is a company committed to equal opportunities for men and women.Job Description Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks:Greet and welcome guests on arrival at the office.Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access of externals and visitors as well as security coordination with the landlord.Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.Ensure office premises are tidy and presentable at all times.Procurement of office supplies and stock inventory.Booking, preparation, and maintenance of meeting rooms and coordination of internal meetings and logistics related.Incoming and outgoing mail management.Ensure IT systems work appropriately to support all lines of business (printers, projectors, VCR, etc.).Internal initiatives support (e.g., Birthday, wellness, onboarding, Spanish classes, etc.).Support with internal communications (e.g., screen welcomes, emails, etc.).Facility ticket support as well as incident resolution.Cleaning service management.Vending and common vendors coordination (e.g., catering, water vendor, vending, office supplies).Competencies & Skills:Excellent communicator, good organizer, and experienced at multitasking.Customer Focus.A team player with a calm approach and a “can do” attitude.Teamwork & Collaboration.Corporate reception or service provider organization knowledge and experience.Challenge Complexity.MS Office skills (Word, Excel).Understanding of Teams, Zoom, and other communication tools.If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
