Field Service Engineer - East Region Job Description At Philips, we believe there’s always a way to make life better. Join our team as a Field Service Engineer – in East region , by using your strong technical skills you will be providing the best‑in‑class customer service As part of the Service engineering organization редак, you will contribute to providing the right data, context, and approach which will change the way we do business and make a difference for our customers. Your role: Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites. Assisting in service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders / installations. Identifying and solving customer issues, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate. Operating under the required knowledge of regulatory policy. To succeed in this role, you have the following skills and experience: University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering and Electronics Technology degree or any other relevant engineering major. Previous hands‑on experience servicing medical or other high‑technology equipment. Preferably demonstrated, repair and troubleshooting skills with experience in one of our modalities appreciated. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and good level of English . Ability to demonstrate superior customer service skills daily – required. Residence in Barcelona or surrounding area, full availability to travel in East region, Driving license. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
