Our technology-driven approach is tailored to eachcompany's needs, ensuring we deliver innovative solutions that drive success.The OpportunityWe are seeking a talented independent contractor,who is a seasoned senior Flutter mobile app developer (IOS/Android), to join our remote Flutter Mobile TeamThe chosen candidate willbe a seasoned Mobile Developerwith expertise in IOS, Android, Flutter, Swift, Java, and Dart.If you are passionateabout developing mobile applications that promote socially responsible behaviors, this role provides the opportunity to create apps that positively impact people's lives, such as encouraging socially responsible actions.Come join our global team of highly talented developers and collaboratealongside like-minded peers who share your enthusiasm for making a differenceWhat You'll do:Develop native IOS and Android mobile applications using FlutterWork collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment (including QA/SDETs, backend engineers, designers, product owners and layperson stakeholders) on waterfall projects and in an Agile (Scrum) teamContribute to the Flutter development team to deliver high-quality applicationsTranslate designs and wireframes into high quality codeusing best practices, considering security and performanceParticipate in sprint planning and task estimation, taking part in crafting stories/requirementsParticipate in system design, documentation, and testingCollaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfacesEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applicationWhat You'll Need:Proficiency in Dart SwiftFamiliarity with Swift wrapped Objective-C and experience modifying Objective-C codeProficiency with mobile app engineering tooling XCode, Android Studio or Visual Studio Code and integrating simulators with tooling as part of setting up and maintaining productive development workflowsProficiency with SCM using Git Github, including using branching and tagging functionality of GitProficiency in testing methodologies unit testing, widget testing and integration testingExpert atwriting well-tested, performant, scalable and reusable codeExperienceusing third party libraries and APIs to solve complex problems via integration rather than reinventing the wheelExperience in mobile app CI/CD methodologies and intricacies including code signing, provisioning profile management, versioned build creation and releasingKnowledge of Firebase, App Center, CodeMagic and app store submission to deliver working builds to usersExperience working with othermobile app engineers, alongside others in a multidisciplinary environment (including QA/SDETs, backend engineers, designers, product owners and layperson stakeholders) on waterfall projects and in an Agile (Scrum) teamExpert atcommunicating complex subject matter to non-technical stakeholdersExperience mentoringjunior mobile engineersNice To Have:Experience integrating push notifications solutions, e.g. AirshipExperience implementing event tracking solutions integrations, e.g. MixpanelExperience implementing solutions on Google maps SDK for iOS and AndroidExperience integrating apps with GCP via their APIs.What We Offer:A dynamic and inclusive work environment where your contributions are valued and encouraged.Opportunities for professional growth and development within a tech-first company.Flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
