The department is mainly responsible for tasks related to the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, hiring, payroll calculation, and benefits management. The HR Associate will prepare salary payrolls for Werfen Iberia companies in accordance with company policies and procedures.Key AccountabilitiesOn-boardingCoordinate the onboarding processNotify Social Security and INEM of new employeesMaintain movement templates in various databasesAddress employee queries regarding processes, policies, and toolsWorking LifeUpdate employee data in the databaseManage accidents, maternity/paternity/illness leavesHandle administration related to employee benefitsControl payroll inputs and outputs monthlyPrepare and file Social Security and IRPF taxesAssist employees with inquiries about pay slips, contracts, and absencesOthersPrepare information for other departmentsPerform other administrative tasks as neededNetworking/Key relationshipsWith managers and employeesWith the HR team as a wholeWith the HR Corporate Team based in BarcelonaMinimum Knowledge & Experience3-5 years of HR experience, including payroll and benefitsKnowledge of labour legislation and systems: SISTEMA RED, SILTRA, DELTA, CONTRAT@Basic knowledge of SAPAccountability skills are a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Fluent in Spanish and high-level EnglishSkills & CapabilitiesExcellent written and spoken communication skillsResponsibility and self-demandingProactive with a hands-on approachOrganized, able to handle heavy workloadDesire to learn and optimize processes and toolsFlexible and adaptable to changeAnalytical thinkingProfessionalism in repetitive tasksUphold ethics and compliance standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
