Join us and you will be a key player in the design and architecture of our most innovative projects.WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?What's in store for you in this challenge?Lead code excellence: You will be the guardian of best practices in our code reviews. You will write clean, scalable code that not only works, but is also elegant, robust and maintainable, while creating testable code that facilitates continuous integration and deployment.Designing tomorrow's architecture: You will be the brains behind the analysis and design of software architectures that will define the future of our solutions. Your approach will be crucial to ensuring that our solutions not only work, but excel.Orchestrating product consistency: You will be responsible for ensuring consistency and alignment of project deliverables with the product roadmap. Your vision will be essential to stay on track and meet our most ambitious goals.Manage high-impact ITS projects: You will be the driving force behind the most critical development work, leading technical management and facilitating integration on large ITS projects. Your experience in these complex environments will be key to our success.Lead and motivate the development team: As a senior staff member, you will not only be an exceptional technician, but also a leader. You will guide our development team, ensuring that costs and deadlines are met, while inspiring everyone to reach their full potential.WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?For this position, we are looking for professionals with a degree in Computer Engineering, Software, or related careers with experience in:JIRA/RedmineDOORSGit/BitBucketUnit testing.NET Core (C#)ReactSQL ServerKnowledge or experience in JavaScript and Python will be an asset.WHAT DO WE OFFER?Hybrid working model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.Flexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours Fridays and in summer.Personalized career plan development, training and language learning support.National and international mobility.
