About The Role We are looking for a strong Project Manager with deep roots in the Built‑Environment to support the Head of Construction in managing hospitality projects, ensuring they are managed and completed safely, on time, within budget and with the expected high quality.In this role, you will supervise construction teams, internal and external, coordinate with clients, architects, interdepartmental managers and collaborators, oversee contractors and subcontractors, manage project budgets, timelines and technical aspects. The role will operate both remotely and on‑site, focusing on Middle East, Western European and African time zone projects, with occasional travel required.Responsibilities Project Management:assist in overall management and direction of construction projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and project requirements.Team and Stakeholder Coordination:manages and motivates construction teams, serving as a key liaison between the client, architects, PMO, planners and contractors.Budget:monitors and manages project budgets, supports tender and construction documentation preparation, ensuring alignment with specifications, codes, and local regulations.Quality Control and Assurance:ensures adherence to quality standards, responsible for technical aspects of the construction.Strategic Planning:supports long‑term strategic planning and is involved in developing and implementing strategies to improve construction efficiency; ensures resource allocation across projects is well managed and optimized.Communication Management and Reporting:maintains, distributes, monitors, and controls the flow of project information among all stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication.Safety and Compliance:ensures projects comply with all country‑specific safety regulations and quality standards, and leads regular safety meetings with on‑site personnel.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Technical Architecture15 to 18 years of continued experience in the Built‑Environment fieldPMP Certification is a leverPlanning and Scheduling skillsBudget Management & Cost ControlBuilding codes & safety regulations (OSHA / EU‑OSHA)Quality assurance within their cultureContract negotiation skillsRisk assessment & mitigation proficiencyBenefits Salary and benefits are competitive and based on candidate experience.Seniority level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type Full‑timeJob function OtherIndustries IT Services and IT ConsultingJ-18808-Ljbffr#J-18808-Ljbffr
