By joining us, you’ll help build the infrastructure that powers the future of AI.About the RoleWe’re seeking a Solutions Architect to collaborate closely with customers, engineering teams, and infrastructure groups to design scalable GPU cloud architectures. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor—translating customer needs into well-designed architectures, deployment plans, and integration strategies on our GPU platform.This role blends technical depth with customer-facing problem solving. You’ll help organizations optimize AI workloads, design high-performance GPU clusters, and ensure smooth onboarding and long-term platform success.What You’ll DoEngage with customers to understand AI workloads, technical requirements, and scaling strategiesArchitect custom GPU infrastructure solutions, including capacity planning, cluster design, networking, and performance optimizationProvide guidance across compute, networking, storage, and deployment best practicesCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure solutions follow platform standardsSupport onboarding, proof‑of‑concept initiatives, and GPU cluster deploymentsDiagnose architecture‑level issues and recommend performance and cost improvementsProduce solution diagrams, architecture documentation, and technical proposalsCreate and manage BOMs for customer solutions, including RFQs and pricingAct as a subject matter expert on the platform’s features, APIs, and capabilitiesWhat You Bring4+ years in solutions architecture, cloud architecture, systems engineering, or similar fieldsStrong understanding of GPU compute, HPC, AI/ML workloads, and high‑performance infrastructureKnowledge of networking (L2/L3, InfiniBand, RoCE), storage architectures, and distributed compute patternsAbility to translate requirements into scalable, practical technical designsExcellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiencesAbility to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, product, and customer teamsHands‑on experience with Linux systems, containers, orchestration tools, or ML frameworksNice to HaveExperience with GPU cluster management, high‑density compute environments, Kubernetes, Terraform, observability tooling, or AI performance profilingWhy JoinAs a Solutions Architect, you’ll help define how leading organizations build and scale world‑class AI systems.
