We are looking for customer service representatives to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help power the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. Job Description Job Title - Customer Service Representative - French and German Speaker Location - Madrid Working model – Hybrid from Madrid, Remote from Spain Team - You will join the Customer Service Team in the Post Sales department Level - Professional Contract - Permanent, full time (36 h/week) What your impact will be You will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience by handling inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats. As the primary point of contact, you will investigate, advise, and resolve both pre-sales and after-sales queries, ensuring efficient, single-contact resolution for our customer.
