Information Technology Graduate – Spain Location: Madrid, hybrid working – office 3 days per week. About the role As a member of the IT team, your mission is to serve our customers with best‑in‑class quality and speed, while developing your internal talent for AVEVA’s future. Responsibilities Complete our New Hire Orientation and a thorough training program Enable customers’ success by supporting them remotely through phone, email, web channels or on‑site Teach users how to use our software as an instructor and trainer Develop business acumen by communicating frequently with customers to understand how they use our software and collaborate with AVEVA departments to improve the customer experience Grow technical skills by building a solid foundation in AVEVA products, related software, and industry technologies Qualifications Self‑motivated with a customer mindset and desire to help people Enthusiasm for technical problem solving, attention to detail, strong communication skills Ability to learn and research in a dynamic environment Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field Proficiency in a European language is a plus What to expect Competitive pay Mentorship: dedicated technical mentor during the graduate programme Continuous learning and professional development support A comprehensive graduate development programme Background Check AVEVA requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before starting employment, in accordance with local laws.
