With a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience, LEVEL is committed to delivering top‑notch service and exceeding the expectations of their passengers Job Purpose LEVEL is looking to incorporate an E-commerce Business Owner for its direct channel, flylevel.com, responsible for leading the commercial performance of the web platform from a business perspective. This role monitors conversion, passenger contribution, revenue generation and funnel behavior, identifying risks and opportunities across markets, routes and devices. The E-commerce Business Owner partners with UX/UI and Digital Insights colleagues to translate performance metrics into business results, and business needs into actionable digital improvements, supporting both booking and post‑booking journeys (including online check‑in). The role requires a strong analytical mindset, Ecommerce experience and a proactive approach to drive initiatives forward based on impact and effort. The position reports to the Head of Ecommerce, collaborating closely with Analytics, UX/UI, Revenue Management, Marketing, Payments, Digital and the Business Channel Owner. Main Accountabilities E-commerce Leadership: Partner closely with UX/UI, Product Owners, Analytics and the Head of eCommerce to execute the initiatives you have prioritized based on impact, ensuring alignment, feasibility and effective delivery of developments. Business Results: Analyse and report weekly and monthly KPIs (conversion, passengers, revenue, yield and funnel progression) to identify trends, opportunities and risks across routes and markets. Roadmap Ownership: Define and drive the business roadmap for flylevel.com, outlining clear actions to increase revenue generation, channel performance and commercial relevance. Conversion Optimisation: Define and lead the conversion optimisation roadmap across booking and post‑booking flows, prioritising actions based on impact and expected performance uplift. Delivery Support: Translate prioritised business actions into detailed requirements, resolving questions during refinement sessions to ensure smooth execution of the e‑commerce business roadmap. Main Skills Data‑driven & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to convert performance data into actionable insights and prioritise backlog items based on estimated impact. Digital Business Mindset: Deep understanding of airline booking flows, post‑booking journeys and how new features influence performance. Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence priorities effectively. CRO Knowledge: Experience with Dashboarding, A/B testing, personalisation, heatmaps, Analytics, SEO principles and digital optimisation frameworks. Benchmark & Best Practices: Continuous awareness of digital trends, competitor features and industry innovations to identify opportunities that could improve conversion and customer experience. Background: Proven experience in e-commerce, digital performance, CRO, product ownership or commercial digital roles. Education Graduated in business administration, digital product management or engineering or a related field. Experience 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital performance, CRO or business ownership, ideally in travel, OTA, airline or digital‑first environments.
