A strategic, high‑impact role working closely with senior leadership for a leader who hasbuilt,scaled, andtransformedfinance functionsKey Responsibilities Lead finance across FP&A, controlling, accounting, tax, and treasury Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management Strengthen commercial decision‑making (pricing, margins, efficiency) Build and develop a high‑performing finance team Lead transformation, process improvement, and systems upgrades Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadershipIdeal Profile Big Four background strongly preferred 10–15+ years in senior finance roles Experience inhigh‑growth,scaling, ortransformingorganisations Proven track record ofbuildingfinance capabilities, not just maintaining them Background in professional services / consulting / B2B environments Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS Strategic, hands‑on, and able to influence at senior levelIf you are an experienced finance leader ready for a strategic, high‑visibility role based in Barcelona, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
