Para nuestro departamento de Safety buscamos a un/a PPE Sales Specialist Corporate Intersafe para la zona de Madrid.Intersafe, una empresa de Lyreco, es uno de los líderes del mercado en el campo de los equipos de protección personal.La misión del puesto de PPE Sales Specialist Corporate Intersafe será impulsar y desarrollar el negocio de PPE’s en su zona geográfica y segmento de clientes, orientando e implementando la estrategia comercial y facilitando los conocimientos, técnicas de venta y herramientas al equipo comercial para alcanzar los objetivos de crecimiento.Entre las funciones principales del puesto:Desarrollar un plan de acción para garantizar el mantenimiento y crecimiento de los clientes y el incremento de ventas de subfamilias de producto y/o servicios.Detectar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio a partir del análisis de información interna, del mercado y de la competencia para orientar la estrategia en PPE’s en su zona geográfica.Analizar información para ayudar en la toma de decisiones tácticas y proponer acciones de soporte a la venta de productos o servicios en coordinación con los equipos de venta y Marketing.Desarrollar al equipo de ventas a través de formaciones, acompañamientos y reuniones de trabajo para asegurar que las personas tienen las competencias necesarias para alcanzar el objetivo de crecimiento en PPE’s.Desarrollar e implementar buenas prácticas, herramientas y técnicas de venta para orientar las visitas comerciales del equipo de ventas.Asesorar y apoyar al equipo de ventas en la preparación de ofertas, presupuestos, visitas comerciales y negociaciones, especialmente en cuentas importantes, para garantizar el cierre de la operación comercial.Preparar y realizar presentaciones técnicas para apoyar el proceso de venta y el cierre de las operaciones.Definir el pipeline, estableciendo un vínculo directo y una acción comercial efectiva en el portfolio de cuentas existentes y posibles prospectos.Hacer un seguimiento de las propuestas comerciales para evaluar el nivel de satisfacción y garantizar el cierre de la venta.Realizar el mantenimiento de los clientes y prospectos en CRM para realizar un seguimiento adecuado de las acciones comerciales.Realizar visitas a los clientes, conjuntamente con los proveedores, para asesorar en modo experto las acciones comerciales que lo necesiten.Identificar los problemas que tienen los clientes y orientar la resolución de los mismos para fidelizarlos.Preparar propuestas técnicas para tenders para maximizar las oportunidades de negocio.Requisitos:Formación Universitaria preferentemente técnica.Deseable formación de postgrado en PRL. Imprescindibles conocimientos del mercado y de los productos de Seguridad Laboral (EPI´s).Idiomas: Español avanzado e inglés equivalente a un First Certificate.Nivel de usuario del paquete Office y valorable haber trabajado con CRM.Imprescindible experiencia de entre 3 y 5 años en departamento de ventas, en empresa comercializadora o fabricante de EPIS con enfoque a cliente final, que conozca bien el producto o servicios asociados (será un plus si conoce la protección en altura).
