We are seeking a Media Buyer to join our fast-growing team and drive the performance of paid media campaigns across key European markets, including Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, and France. Based in Madrid, you will play a key role in planning, launching, and scaling advertising campaigns that deliver measurable growth.This role involves managing performance-focused campaigns on Google Ads and native advertising platforms, collaborating with our creative team to develop high-impact assets, and optimizing campaigns based on real-time data. Your strategic thinking and data-driven approach will directly contribute to our expansion across multiple regions in the health and wellness space.ResponsibilitiesCreate, monitor, analyse and edit performance marketing campaigns for supplement and ecommerce products;Platforms used will be Google Ads, Outbrain, Taboola and Kayzen;Prepare performance reports for management;Experiment with new platforms and channels;Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately;Monitor costs and return on investment;Optimize toward CPA goals, and iterate on strategy as needed;Collaborate with other departments (creative, copywriting, project management etc) to optimise the performance marketing campaignsRequirementsExperience as Media Buyer, social media marketing, or as a Digital Media Specialist.Have previous experience in Nutraand/or eCommerce experience or similar verticals;Experience in sales will be considered an asset.Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills;Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels;Organisational and multitasking abilities;Knowledge of Microsoft Excel;Critical thinking skills;Interest in following advertising and media trends.Job ConditionsFull-time (40 hours per week)Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday)Office-basedCompetitive salary and benefitsA collaborative work environmentIf this role interests you, send an updated CV and your portfolio to hr@spsp-health.com to apply.We look forward to hearing from you.Sounds good to you?We are always looking for our next superstar.Drop us a line. #J-18808-Ljbffr
