We are seeking an Area Manager API Key Accounts to expand and consolidate our presence in the Iberia region, leading the team to achieve revenue targets. This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Spain. Job Responsibilities: Expand and consolidate presence in the Iberia region; Lead the team to achieve revenue goals; Monitor and analyze team KPIs; Acquire key partners such as tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers, mainly through API channels; Support the team in managing key accounts; Organize search and recruitment of new business partners, strengthen current relationships, and conduct negotiations; Develop team members through hiring and training; Participate in developing and implementing marketing strategies; Conduct market research, reporting, analysis, and forecasting using Tableau and internal tools. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of successful leadership in sales and account management within the travel industry, with regional market knowledge; Deep understanding of the Spanish travel market, especially API integrations, tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers; Technical proficiency in API technology deals; Proven leadership skills to manage, motivate, and develop a team; Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus; Based in Spain; Up to 30% travel may be required; Strong analytical skills with experience using KPIs and data-driven decision-making; Proactive, ambitious, action-oriented, and a team player; Ability to work across diverse cultural contexts and an entrepreneurial mindset.
