The Group has more than 1,800 employees located in 18 production facilities across Europe, North America and Asia.PositionABOUT THE JOBWe are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives across multiple platforms and developing digital communication processes and deliverables. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, support lead generation, enhance online engagement, and generate measurable results. This role requires both a strategic mindset and hands-on expertise in content creation, analytics, and community management.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement the company’s social media strategies in alignment with business and communication objectives to increase brand awareness and engagementCreate and manage engaging content for LinkedIn (both corporate and executive channels) and various social media platforms ensuring consistency with the brand tone of voiceWrite, proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, spelling, and punctuationCoordinate the creation of multimedia content (Photos/images/graphics, videos, reels, stories, animation/interactive media etc.) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersPlan and execute editorial calendars and content campaignsManage social media accounts, including scheduling, publishing posts, and community managementMonitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, followers’ growth, etc.) using analytics tools, prepare regular reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvementDevelopment of social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and optimizationMonitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital marketingCollaborate with internal teams (HR, Sales, Product Marketing) and executives to ensure brand consistency and integrated communication across all social media channelsEnsure online efforts and messaging are consistent with the values, overall story, and voice for the target audience.Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growthRequirementsSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:Not applicableEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media or equivalent and proven work experience in the fieldAt least 3 / 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in multinational organizations or agenciesProven ability to manage social media strategies and community engagement for B2B audiencesExcellent knowledge of major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.) and management and analytics tools (e.g. Planable, Hootsuite, Google Analytics or similar)Analytical mindset and ability to read and interpret social media metricsCreativity, copywriting skills, and attention to visual storytellingStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyNice to HaveExcellent command of English (both spoken and written)Familiarity with AI tools for social media, content generation, and analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, LatelyAI, Jasper, Canva AI)Basicknowledge of WordPress and SEO/SEMFamiliarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design toolsExperience in employer branding or corporate communication projectsOther informationWORK ENVIRONMENT:This job operates in both an office environment and a manufacturing environment.The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computes, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.The individual will be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures on the manufacturing floor.POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 5.30pm, with additional hours as business needs necessitate. This is a full remote position.
