En el marco del crecimiento de las operaciones de los clientes y del refuerzo de las capacidades para garantizar que las operaciones sigan aportando valor y crecimiento, el equipo de Monitorización tiene la necesidad de reforzar y cubrir lagunas de habilidades específicas para seguir ofreciendo excelencia al clien
Buscan incorporar un perfil de MONITORING & OBSERVABILITY ADMINISTRATOR especializado en Elastic son solidos conocimientos de Checkmk y/o herramientas de monitorización SCOM.
Se requieren capacidades de programación, y la práctica de DevOps es deseable.
El perfil seleccionado participarán en la Administración y Operación de la Infraestructura de Monitorización de la empresa, y más concretamente:
- Administrar la infraestructura de monitorización (Elastic / Checkmk / SCOM), asegurando que es estable, está estable, actualizada, bien diseñada, correctamente ajustada y mantenida.
- Ampliar la infraestructura actual y/o implementar una nueva infraestructura siguiendo los planes de gestión de la capacidad.
- Desarrollar la monitorización, mejorar/configurar/mantener
- Desarrollar la integración a través de API
- Desarrollar monitores ad-hoc cuando sea necesario
- Desarrollar y mantener automatizaciones utilizando ansible
- Desarrollo de informes
- Desarrollo de paquetes de gestión de SCOM
- Identificar y solucionar problemas conocidos y documentar las soluciones
- Orientar al personal de nível 1
- Orientar y entrenar a los miembros del equipo cuando sea necesario
- Crear estadísticas relevantes para las distintas herramientas de supervisión
- Realizar las tareas necesarias en las ventanas de mantenimiento
- Prestar servicios de "reserva" de forma rotatoria durante los fines de semana, días festivos y fuera del horario

- Realizar otras tareas necesarias
Conocimientos técnicos:
- Buena experiência con herramientas de supervisión de Elastic Observability (Elasticsearch y APM).
- Experiência con herramientas de supervisión Checkmk y/o SCOM.
- Buenos conocimientos de scripting en Bash, PowerShell, Python etc...
- Conocimientos de programación en.NET, C#, Python
Estudios mínimos
- Deseable Ingeniería Informática

- Experiência de cara al cliente y habilidades de comunicación oral
- Capacidad para redactar documentación e informes
- Creatividad / capacidad para encontrar soluciones innovadoras

Certificaciones deseables:
- Cualquiera de las siguientes certificaciones
- Ingeniero de Elasticsearch
- Ingeniero de Elastic Observability
- Monitorización de sistemas con Checkmk
- System Center Operations Manager- Lenguaje de programación, preferiblemente.NET, C#, Python
Idiomas mínimos
- Nível avanzado de inglés

- Experiência con herramientas de automatización y runbooks como ansible, YAML también deseable.
- Experiência con KQL, ESQL, PromQL, JSON y dashboards en Kibana también deseable.
- Experiência con informes, SSRS, PowerBI también deseable.
- Deseable práctica en DevOps.
- Conocimiento de otras herramientas de Monitorización también deseable.
