Nos gustaría comenzar poniendo en tu conocimiento que ITG confía en la experiencia y capacidades de BlueLeaders para la captación y búsqueda de talento, esperando que todas las etapas del proceso de selección puedan dar la mejor respuesta a tus expectativas.ITG es un centro tecnológico privado formado por más de 120 profesionales especialistas en innovación y servicios de tecnología diferencial en campos como inteligencia artificial, IoT para la industria 4.0, movilidad aérea autónoma, agua digital, energía inteligente y ciudades sostenibles.Tu misión como Python Developer será participar en el desarrollo de plataformas para la gestión del tráfico aéreo de drones y colaborar en la integración de soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial en aplicaciones web.Desafíos ️Desarrollo y optimización de soluciones Python (FastAPI y Django) para plataformas aplicadas al ámbito de los drones.Diseño y desarrollo de componentes/funcionalidades software en Python.Colaboración en el diseño de API's y la integración de sistemas externos.Supervisión y mejora continua de la calidad del software mediante prácticas de testing y revisiones de código.Colaboración en proyectos I+D que exploran nuevas tecnologías de Inteligencia Artificial y Machine Learning aplicadas a negocio.Lo que esperamos de tu perfil:Grado o Licenciatura en Ingeniería Informática o titulaciones afines.Experiencia mínima de 1 año en funciones similares.Soltura en desarrollo de aplicaciones Python (FastAPI y Django) trabajando en entorno de metodologías ágiles (SCRUM o Kanban).Conocimientos de Git, bases de datos tanto SQL como NoSQL, contenedores Docker e implementación de CI/CD con Jenkins o herramientas similares.Valoramos positivamente dominio en el desarrollo Front-End con Angular 8+ y conocimiento de frameworks de IA como PyTorch, TensorFlow y Scikit-Learn.Condiciones:Contrato indefinido, con un período de prueba de 6 meses.Propuesta económica a definir según experiencias y trayectoria, con plan de carrera asociado a tu crecimiento.Modelo híbrido, combinando el trabajo presencial en las oficinas de ITG (A Coruña) con el trabajo en remoto.Horario de verano de junio a septiembre (lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 15:00). Horario de invierno de octubre a mayo (lunes a jueves entrada entre las 8:00 y las 9:00 y salida entre las 17:00 y las 18:00; viernes de 8:00 a 15:00).Crecimiento: Cuanto más crezca ITG y las capacidades del centro, más puedes hacerlo tú.¿Te apuntas?BlueLeaders e ITG garantizan la igualdad de oportunidades para todas las personas.
