About the role: At SD Worx, we are looking for an ambitious SAP Program Manager to join our SAP Solutions organisation. In this role, you will drive strategic SAP delivery programs, lead complex transformations, and ensure the successful implementation of SAP HCM, Payroll, Time, SuccessFactors, or cloud-related initiatives across multiple countries. This is an opportunity to influence mission‑critical projects and work in a dynamic, international, and highly collaborative environment. The SAP Program Manager holds end‑to‑end responsibility for the planning, governance, and execution of strategic SAP programs that span multiple workstreams, technologies, and stakeholder groups across SD Worx. You will act as the central coordination point between internal teams, customers, and external partners, ensuring alignment, transparency, and program success. You will report into the relevant SAP Solutions leadership structure (e.g., Country Lead or Practice Lead). Program Leadership & Governance Define program scope, delivery approach, governance framework, and approval cycles. Establish and manage program timelines, milestones, dependency maps, and resource plans. Maintain the program backlog and ensure prioritisation in collaboration with product and delivery teams. Ensure compliance with SD Worx delivery standards, SAP Activate, quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements. SAP Project & Workstream Coordination: Oversee multiple SAP project streams (e.g., SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Time, Integrations). Align cross-functional delivery teams to common program objectives. Ensure consistent implementation methodologies across local and international teams. Stakeholder & Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior management. Facilitate steering committees, design authorities, and governance boards. Communicate program progress, risks, achievements, and financial status proactively. Risk, Compliance & Quality Management: Identify and mitigate risks across technical, functional, and organisational dimensions. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, legal frameworks, data protection, and security requirements. Drive continuous improvement and ensure high quality of SAP solution delivery. Financial & Commercial Control: Own program budget, including financial forecasting, cost control, and revenue tracking. Support commercial teams with scope validation, change control, and contract governance. Change & Transformation Management: Support customers and internal teams through organisational change. Promote adoption of new SAP technologies, processes, and operating models. Facilitate training, communication plans, and stakeholder alignment. What do you have to offer? University degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar. Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project management, in SAP HCM environment. Proven experience working in matrixed and multicultural organisations. Strong understanding of SAP HCM, Payroll, SuccessFactors, Integrations, or cloud HR platforms. Experience with both traditional and agile delivery methods (e.g., SAP Activate, Scrum). Certifications such as PMP®, PRINCE2®, PMI‑ACP®, AgilePM® or similar are a strong plus. Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Adept with delivery tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams. Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages (e.g., Swedish, Dutch, German, French, Spanish) are a significant plus.
