As Project Engineer, you’ll support the successful execution of VYNCKE projects in Europe and beyond. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams, combining technical insight with strong coordination skills to ensure projects meet their milestones in terms of timing, quality, and documentation.You’ll report to the Unit Manager and play an active role throughout the full project lifecycle.About the jobAs our Project Engineer, you will:Support the Project Manager by ensuring all purchase orders are prepared, followed up and transported to the site on time.Plan & prioritize project tasks to meet deadlines across all project milestones.Organize and prepare internal progress meetings with team members from other departments to discuss timing, cost and potential challenges.Act as the first technical point of contact for customers, suppliers and the rest of the project team.Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and delivered to the right stakeholders on time.Closely collaborate with and regularly update the Project Manager on changes, challenges, purchases, and overall project progress.About youWe imagine our ideal candidate would:Hold a master’s degree in a relevant engineering domain.Have at least 1 year of relevant experience in project management or project execution within a B2B engineering environment. Experience in logistics is a plus.Have a strong technical interest and the ambition to support the project team in delivering what is contractually agreed.Show a real craving to learn all about VYNCKE projects, from both a technical and project management perspective.Enjoy collaborating with fellow Vynckeneers and communicating clearly to ensure efficient project delivery.Be fluent in English.
