This role requires expertise in workplace safety, risk management, and health protocols, along with the ability to provide engaging and practical training sessions tailored to industry needs. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver tailored training programs in Health & Safety Management, including topics such as Risk Assessment, Workplace Safety Protocols, and Health Management Practices. Develop course materials, presentations, and practical exercises aligned with international standards. Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure trainees' understanding and progress. Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees to enhance their skills and knowledge in health and safety management. Ensure compliance with local and international health and safety regulations during training sessions. Collaborate with clients to customize training programs according to specific requirements. Requirements Proven experience as a trainer / instructor in Health & Safety Management or related fields. Relevant certifications or qualifications in Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, or similar areas (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA certifications). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging and interactive training sessions. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in health and safety management. Based in Milano for the duration of the training.
