Candidata/o ideal Grado de maestría en ciencias (ciencias cosméticas, química, bioquímica) con especialización en marketing o complementado con una maestría en marketing. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en la industria de belleza y cuidado personal en roles de marketing, preferentemente en proveedores de ingredientes o marcas cosméticas. Experiencia en CRM y dominio de Microsoft Office, especialmente PowerPoint y Excel. Habilidad para trabajar en múltiples proyectos y fuerte capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo. Funciones y responsabilidades Realizar estudios de mercado y proporcionar recomendaciones estratégicas alineadas con las prioridades de negocio. Monitorizar y analizar tendencias de mercado, insights del consumidor y datos de la competencia para dar soporte al equipo de ventas regional. Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de marketing, liderando y organizando eventos regionales como ferias, seminarios y campañas digitales. Crear y adaptar herramientas de ventas para la promoción de productos, destacando lanzamientos y esfuerzos de sostenibilidad. #J-18808-Ljbffr
