Desde Melt GroupEstamos gestionando la búsqueda del Deputy Technical Director / Qualified Person (QP) para una compañía farmacéutica consolidada y en crecimiento, ubicada en Castelldefels (Barcelona).La persona seleccionada desempeñará un rol clave dentro del área técnica y de calidad, con responsabilidad directa en la liberación de medicamento, garantizando el cumplimiento de la normativa GMP y actuando como figura de referencia en materia de Dirección Técnica y cumplimiento regulatorio.ResponsabilidadesLiberación de lotes de medicamento para su comercialización, asegurando el cumplimiento de la normativa GMP y del dossier de registro.Ejercicio de las funciones propias de Qualified Person (QP) conforme a la legislación vigente.Supervisión y aprobación de la documentación de fabricación, acondicionamiento y control de calidad.Asegurar el cumplimiento de GMP, Procedimientos Normalizados de Trabajo (PNTs) y registros asociados.Participación activa en inspecciones y auditorías GMP (autoridades sanitarias, clientes y auditorías internas).Supervisión de planes de validación, mantenimiento y calibración.Garantizar que el personal a su cargo reciba la formación adecuada según los requisitos normativos.Liderar y coordinar el equipo de Calidad, compuesto por un QA Manager y un perfil junior.Dar soporte puntual en actividades regulatorias relacionadas con productos sanitarios, cuando aplique.RequisitosLicenciatura o Grado en Farmacia (imprescindible).Experiencia acreditada como Qualified Person (QP) en industria farmacéutica de medicamento, con liberación de lotes.Trayectoria profesional consolidada en laboratorios farmacéuticos.Sólido conocimiento del entorno regulatorio europeo y de GMP pharma.Experiencia previa en posiciones de Dirección Técnica, Deputy Technical Director o roles senior de Calidad.Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.Nivel alto de inglés castellano, tanto oral como escrito.Se ofreceIncorporación a una compañía farmacéutica estable y con proyección.Rol estratégico y de alta responsabilidad técnica.Entorno profesional altamente regulado y maduro.Paquete retributivo competitivo, acorde a la seniority aportada.Modelo híbrido, con teletrabajo los viernes.Estabilidad laboral y proyección a medio plazo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
