Mercado Sur de España
Como líder de mercado para la región del Sur de España, desempeñarás un papel fundamental en el crecimiento futuro de Maurten y nos ayudarás a reforzar nuestra conexión con los clientes locales.
Serás responsable de alcanzar los objetivos de ventas definiendo, analizando y desarrollando tu región y establecer a Maurten como la primera marca mundial de nutrición deportiva.
Responsabilidades del puesto:
- Impulsar y alcanzar los objetivos comerciales de Maurten en la región, incluyendo el establecimiento de nuevas oportunidades de mercado y asociaciones estratégicas. Identificar las áreas problemáticas y tomar medidas para rectificar los problemas.
- Ser responsable de la facturación de la región: analizar e informar semanalmente al director; sugerir soluciones, aplicarlas y medir sus resultados.
- Construir y mantener relaciones duraderas con los clientes siendo el principal punto de contacto para los socios estratégicos. Desempeñar un papel fundamental en la captación de nuevos negocios y responsabilizarse de la incorporación efectiva de nuevos clientes y de la gestión de los existentes.
- Apoyar un conjunto diverso de funciones relacionadas con las ventas y el marketing (es decir, asistir a ferias comerciales y activaciones de minoristas, representar a Maurten en eventos deportivos).
- Identificar y compartir con la dirección las tendencias del mercado y las oportunidades de negocio en la región.
- Proporcionar una comunicación clara y continua con los equipos más amplios sobre el seguimiento de las métricas de éxito. Seguir compartiendo las mejores prácticas en todos los mercados y con los socios de cuentas.
- Adoptar un enfoque operativo práctico; voluntad e impulso para implicarse en el éxito de las operaciones diarias del negocio.
Esto es lo que tú eres:
- Más de 3 años de experiencia profesional en gestión de cuentas o de cara al cliente.
- Capacidad para analizar con precisión el negocio en relación con el cliente, el mercado, la categoría y utilizar este conocimiento para desarrollar planes de ventas que puedan superar los objetivos de crecimiento y beneficios.
- Gusto por ganar y cerrar tratos. Impulsa negociaciones con visión de futuro, poniendo siempre en primer plano las necesidades y demandas de sus clientes y de nuestra marca.
- Planificador, organizado con un historial demostrado de funcionamiento eficiente y productivo. Sabe presupuestar y se centra en las prioridades clave.
- Excelente comunicador y jugador de equipo: trabaja eficazmente con todos los miembros de la organización y con diferentes culturas.
- Adopta un enfoque orientado a las soluciones y una mentalidad emprendedora.
- Excelente capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
- Dominio del español y el inglés; se valorarán otros idiomas.
- Se requiere vivir cerca de Madrid o en el Sur de España, así como un permiso de trabajo válido. También se requiere permiso de conducir.

Marketplace South Spain
As the marketplace lead for the South of Spain region, you will play a critical role in the future growth of Maurten and help us to strengthen our local customer connect.
You will be responsible for achieving the sales objectives by defining, analyzing, and developing your region and establish Maurten as the global premier sport nutrition brand.
Job responsibilities:
- Drive and achieve Maurten’s commercial goals in the region, including establishment of new marketplace opportunities and strategic partnerships. Identify problem areas and take actions to rectify problems.
- Being responsible for the region's turnover: analysing and reporting to the manager on a weekly basis; suggesting solutions, implementing them and measuring their results.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by being the main point of contact for strategic partners. Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on- boarding of new & management of existing customers.
- Support a diverse set of sales and marketing related functions (i.e. attending trade shows & retailer activations, representing Maurten at sport events).
- Identify & share marketplace trends and business opportunities in the region with management.
- Provide clear, continuous communication with the wider teams on tracking success metrics. Keep sharing best practices across markets and with account partners.
- Take a hands-on operational approach; willingness and drive to be involved in the success of the day- to-day operations of the business.
This is who you are:
- 3+ years professional experience in account management or customer facing role.
- Ability to accurately analyze the business in relation to the customer, the market, the category and to use this knowledge to develop sales plans that can exceed growth and profit objectives.
- Like to win and close deals. You drive forward-thinking negotiations, always putting the needs and demands of your customers and our brand at the forefront.
- Organized planner with a demonstrated history of operating in an efficient, productive manner. Knows how to budget and keeps focus on the key priorities.
- Excellent communicator and team player: you work effectively with all members of the organization and different cultures.
- Embrace a solutions-oriented approach and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent ability to work independently.
- Highly proficient in Spanish & English; other languages would be beneficial
- Living in Madrid or center / south of Spain is required, a valid working permit needed. A driving license is also required.
