How You Will Make Impact Project management: Team management in multiple time zones, planning, scope set up, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, manage projects using agile and iterative project methodologies and use various project management tools Project delivery: Drive on-time and on-budget delivery of project from Initiate to Close Stakeholder management: Facilitate internal and supplier meetings, proactive stakeholder management and engage on individual needs Change management: Manage project scope and identify need for and develop change orders Project communication: determine communication plans Risk & escalation management: identify and manage risks and issues, including escalations Project governance & compliance: ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy delivery methodology, including project controls Your Background Experience over 5 years in IT Project Management (software or electrical engineering background is a plus); highly proficient in project methodologies, including project financials, and management principles; comprehensive understanding of business processes in at least one of the following domains: Services, Electrical or Software Engineering; proven experience in a similar role Strong written and verbal communication skills, English at least B2 business level Strong relationship, facilitation and conflict‑resolution skills; highly organized with attention to detail Leadership and project management skills: ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple concurrent projects, assess and mitigate risk Good knowledge of ITIL V3 and/or V4 (certification will be an advantage) More About Us About Hitachi: http://www.hitachienergy.com/ We Offer Contract of employment Hybrid/remote working mode Benefits (medical care, life insurance, cafeteria access, sport card, etc.) Comfortable working in a matrixed organization Comfortable working with ambiguity and change Comfortable working with remote team members across multiple time zones Recruitment Process CV selection (please apply in English) Meeting with the recruiter Meeting with manager 1 or 2 Offer We are committed to full transparency and compliance with all legal requirements, ensuring that every candidate knows exactly what to expect at each stage of the recruitment process.
